We information do we collect

To enable ease of service while using BiasharaM, we may collect your Personally Identifiable Information such as name, phone number, and email address. This information is collected while registering for an account with BiasharaM or when seeking support from our Team either by call or email. Similarly, we may get your data from third party applications and companies like when purchasing a package subscription from us through an intermediary such as bank or Mobile money service.

How we use the data collected

Account Creation: To properly identity your business, your name, phone number and email address is vital.

New Service/ Product Alerts: When we introduce new interesting features or have a change to some of our policies or services such as price change in a package, we can only reach you by using the data you gave us during the registration process. Hence it is important to provide accurate data.

Support: Through email you may identify your company by name, unique business id or by the phone number registered for an administrator.

We may associate any category of information with any other category of information and will treat the combined information as personal data in accordance with this Policy for as long as it is combined. Information collected by us shall be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to grant you the service in request. The only other way of sharing that data with any other outsider would only be in compliance with an order of the Court, Arbitral Panel, Tribunal, Regulatory Directive or Order or any other legal or regulatory obligation.
